Poclain Hiring Tenders in Gujarat 2026

Such tenders cover the appointment of a service provider or agency to carry out poclain hiring for a Gujarat government department, PSU or local body.

Almost any Gujarat government or semi-government body needing poclain hiring can invite bids, from state departments to autonomous boards and municipal corporations.

Checking Gujarat's e-procurement portal periodically works, though a dedicated portal will also surface GeM services tenders and local-body notices for poclain hiring.

Eligibility usually covers prior experience delivering similar services, valid statutory registrations (GST, PAN, EPF/ESIC where applicable), and the ability to furnish EMD and performance security.

Most poclain hiring contracts in Gujarat run for one year, with an option for renewal or extension based on performance, though some tenders specify longer multi-year terms.
