Building Cleaning Services Tenders in Gujarat 2026

These tenders are floated when a Gujarat government office needs to outsource building cleaning services to an external agency, typically on an annual or multi-year contract basis.

Building cleaning services tenders are commonly floated by Gujarat state departments, municipal corporations, district administrations, government hospitals and PSUs that require external agencies for building cleaning services.

Checking Gujarat's e-procurement portal periodically works, though a dedicated portal will also surface GeM services tenders and local-body notices for building cleaning services.

Eligibility usually covers prior experience delivering similar services, valid statutory registrations (GST, PAN, EPF/ESIC where applicable), and the ability to furnish EMD and performance security.

Contract duration varies by department, but annual contracts with renewal clauses are the most common structure for building cleaning services tenders in Gujarat.
