Coal Transportation Tenders in Gujarat 2026

Such tenders cover the appointment of a service provider or agency to carry out coal transportation for a Gujarat government department, PSU or local body.

Almost any Gujarat government or semi-government body needing coal transportation can invite bids, from state departments to autonomous boards and municipal corporations.

Checking Gujarat's e-procurement portal periodically works, though a dedicated portal will also surface GeM services tenders and local-body notices for coal transportation.

Most departments require proof of past contracts for coal transportation or similar work, along with standard registration documents and EMD.

Payment is usually monthly or milestone-based against invoices, subject to the terms specified in the individual coal transportation tender document.
